3) Virtual Items

h) You are responsible for all charges, and SlotsOcean can collect fees incurred before account cancellation.
i) SlotsOcean can revoke offers, correct errors, and make changes without prior notice.
4) User Content
a) The Service may enable you to create, submit, or post content ("User Content"). Such content is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
b) You're solely responsible for your User Content and its consequences.
c) You affirm that your User Content is original, and you own the rights to grant licenses in these Terms without imposing obligations on SlotsOcean.

7) Rewards Points
The Service provides an opportunity for registered users in specific jurisdictions to earn rewards points through in-game, virtual item purchases within SlotsOcean's "Boyd Rewards" loyalty program (further explained online). To redeem rewards at participating SlotsOcean properties, users must have an active, valid SlotsOcean loyalty program ("Boyd Rewards") account, obtain a Boyd Rewards Card through the in-person registration process at a participating property, be eligible for the Boyd Rewards program, and register their Boyd Rewards player identification number with the Service.
By certifying that they are at least 21 years old, users acknowledge that their ability to earn rewards through SlotsOcean's "Boyd Rewards" loyalty program is subject to the program's rules ("RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR BOYD REWARDS PROGRAM") posted online on SlotsOcean's website. Users further certify that they have not been excluded from the Boyd Rewards program or other SlotsOcean services for any reason.
Members eligible for SlotsOcean's Boyd Rewards casino loyalty program can earn Boyd Points and Tier Credits for in-app virtual coin purchases by linking their Boyd Rewards accounts.
To be eligible, Boyd Rewards players must be at least 21 years old, complete the Boyd Rewards sign-up process by verifying their identity with a valid government-issued photo ID, and not be part of any gaming regulatory or property self-limit or self-exclusion program. Additional eligibility details can be obtained from Boyd Rewards at local SlotsOcean.com properties.
For every $1 spent on in-app virtual coin purchases, eligible Boyd Rewards players earn 150 Boyd Points, and every $5 spent earns 1 Tier Credit. (Ruby Boyd Rewards players are only eligible for Tier Credits, while Sapphire and above can earn both Tier Credits and Boyd Points for in-app purchases.)
Users acknowledge that gameplay within the Service does not guarantee the earning of rewards or other benefits, including through the Boyd Rewards Program. j) IN NO EVENT WILL SLOTSOCEAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO USERS FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT PAID BY USERS TO SLOTSOCEAN IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, OR (II) $100.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a) The Service is controlled and operated by SlotsOcean from the United States, and is not intended to subject SlotsOcean to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the United States.
b) These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
c) Users agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and users hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
d) If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
e) No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
